Spira ("the app", "we", "us") is built and operated by Alex Angeles, based in Peru. This policy explains what data Spira handles and how.

Short version: Spira is designed to keep your data on your device. We do not run a server, we do not use analytics, and we do not sell or share your information.

1. Data that stays on your device

The following information is stored only on your iPhone and never sent to us or any third party:

• Breathing sessions — date, duration, technique used, and how you completed the session.
• Daily goal and streaks — your target and progress over time.
• Blocked app selections — managed by Apple's Family Controls / Screen Time framework. We never see the names of the apps you block; Apple gives the app opaque tokens that represent them.
• Scheduled reminders — stored locally and delivered as local notifications.
• Settings and preferences — chosen technique, unlock duration, haptics, strict mode, etc.

This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData and App Groups. It is included in your device's iCloud backup only if you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings. We have no access to it.

1. Data processed by third parties

RevenueCat (subscription management) When you purchase or restore a Spira Plus subscription, we use RevenueCat to handle subscription state. RevenueCat receives:

• An anonymous user identifier generated on your device (not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID).
• Subscription events (purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund) forwarded by Apple.

Apple Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple's handling of your purchase data is governed by Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

1. What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID.
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs (no Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no crash reporting).
